During Nautapa, you can prepare Tanka Torani drink and drink it. This drink made from rice is probiotic. Which will keep the body cool and hydrated and will also improve the gut. Soak cooked rice in water overnight. Mash the rice with your hands in the morning. Add whey i.e. buttermilk to it. Add crushed ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, curry leaves, lemon leaves (crushed by hand), cumin powder and salt.
