- Curry leaf
- 1-2 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp whole coriander
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 2 tbsp gram dal
- 6-7 dry red chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/4 cup dry coconut
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder

How to make curry leaves chutney
- First wash the curry leaves, add 2 spoons of oil in the pan and fry till it becomes crisp.
- Then add oil, cumin, coriander, garlic clove, peanuts, gram dal, white sesame seeds in this pan and fry. Now also roast 3 to 4 dry red chillies.
- Lastly add grated coconut and fry for a while.
- Let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes, put it in a mixing jar and grind all the ingredients coarsely along with curry leaves.
- Add salt as per taste. Now delicious curry leaves chutney is ready.
