In the guest scholars conference in Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav assured every possible cooperation in the interest of the guest scholars and told the priorities of the government on education reforms.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, while addressing the guest scholars in the state level guest scholars conference held on July 10 at Ravindra Bhawan in the capital Bhopal, said that his government is working with full commitment to protect the welfare and interests of the guest scholars. He said that if the guest scholar committee wants to implement the better system of any other state in Madhya Pradesh, then it should prepare a detailed proposal and place it before the government. The government will stand with them in every positive initiative.

The Chief Minister said that a committee has been formed under the banner of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh. Now the era of postponing or complicating work is over. He said that to move the country and the state forward, there is a need to take decisions and implement them rapidly. There will be a relationship of trust between the government and the guest scholars and whatever is possible will be done in their interest.

He said that India is the youngest country in the world and Madhya Pradesh is among the youngest states in terms of population. The Chief Minister said that the government has taken many important decisions in the interest of guest scholars. Now they are getting the facility of 13 casual leaves and 3 optional leaves. Maternity leave has also been given to female guest scholars. Apart from this, the facility of transfer to a nearby place has been provided once in a year. In the Assistant Professor Recruitment of Public Service Commission, 25 percent posts have been reserved for guest scholars and age relaxation of up to 10 years has also been given. He informed that 117 guest scholars have been appointed in the year 2022 and 48 guest scholars in the year 2024.
