  • Curry leaf
  • 1-2 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp whole coriander
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup raw peanuts
  • 2 tbsp gram dal
  • 6-7 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/4 cup dry coconut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder

How to make curry leaves chutney

  1. First wash the curry leaves, add 2 spoons of oil in the pan and fry till it becomes crisp.
  2. Then add oil, cumin, coriander, garlic clove, peanuts, gram dal, white sesame seeds in this pan and fry. Now also roast 3 to 4 dry red chillies.
  3. Lastly add grated coconut and fry for a while.
  4. Let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes, put it in a mixing jar and grind all the ingredients coarsely along with curry leaves.
  5. Add salt as per taste. Now delicious curry leaves chutney is ready.
