Yogi Adityanath holds Janata Darshan in Lucknow, directs officials to resolve public complaints promptly

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a Janata Darshan in Lucknow on Monday, where he met people from different districts of the state and listened to their grievances related to administration, law and order, revenue disputes and welfare benefits.
During the interaction, the Chief Minister directed district officials to address complaints within a fixed time frame and ensure that affected individuals receive timely assistance. He asked District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police to personally monitor sensitive matters and take action where required.

Officials were also instructed to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive government scheme benefits and that cases linked to illegal land occupation or local disputes are handled promptly under the law. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for officials to work with sensitivity while dealing with public complaints.

Several people submitted written applications during the public hearing session. According to officials present at the event, the complaints covered issues ranging from healthcare assistance and land disputes to local administrative matters.

A woman from Bihar who attended the Janata Darshan to meet the Chief Minister also drew attention during the interaction. When asked about her concern, she said she had come only to see him and did not have any complaint. The Chief Minister greeted her and advised people to avoid unnecessary travel during the ongoing extreme heat conditions.

He also urged residents to take precautions against the heatwave and ensure the safety of family members, especially children and elderly people.
