Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored 5 workers and students of Atal Residential School at the Shramveer Gaurav Samaroh 2026 held in Lucknow. Schemes were also inaugurated in the program and workers shared their experiences of improved life due to government facilities.
Lucknow. ‘Shramveer Gaurav Samaroh-2026’ organized on May 1 at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, became a memorable occasion for the workers and their families. In this program, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored 5 workers who did excellent work and meritorious students of class 10 of Atal Residential School. Everyone was given tablets along with certificates.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored him, workers became emotional
Munnalal of Sitapur became emotional after receiving the honour. He said that earlier there were many problems in life, but now the situation has improved due to the government schemes. He also expressed his wish that Yogi government should be formed again in 2027, because he could not find a better government than this.
Foundation stone laying and inauguration of public welfare schemes
During the programme, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone and inaugurated many important schemes. He said that the state government is continuously working to improve the living standards of the workers. During this, the selected 5 workers were honored with certificates and toolkits, due to which their faces lit up with joy.
Lives of workers changed due to government schemes
Munnalal told that earlier there was no electricity in his house and he used to work with kerosene lamp. Now the house has facilities like electricity, housing and gas connection. Also, life has become easier by getting free gas cylinders during festivals.
Improvement in economic condition due to timely payment of wages
Akash from Bareilly, who works as a mechanic’s helper in Lucknow, said that now he gets his wages on time. Due to this, his family’s expenses are running smoothly and their financial condition has become better than before.
Women workers expressed gratitude towards the government
Lucknow’s women workers Pyari and Saraswati also thanked the government. He said that now he gets necessary facilities and timely payment along with work, due to which his life has improved a lot.
Students of Atal Residential School got respect
In the ceremony, 10 meritorious students of class 10 of Atal Residential School were honored. Student Abhilasha said that she feels very proud to receive the honor from the Chief Minister. He told that the standard of education in his school is good and all the necessary facilities are available.
Students’ dreams get new flight
Ganesh Kumar, a student of Atal Residential School, Agra, said that he never thought that he would get the honor from the Chief Minister. He told that all facilities like studies, sports and smart classes are available in the school. His dream is to become an IPS officer in future.
Principal said- Respect increases the enthusiasm of the students.
Dr. Gopal Kant Mishra, Principal of Atal Residential School, Prayagraj, said that such an honor is inspiring for both teachers and students. He told that the children of workers have a special ability to work hard, which is their biggest strength.
