According to meteorologists, a cyclonic circulation has formed over north-western Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. Because of this, this sudden and big change is being seen in the weather. The speed of this storm can be so high (80 to 85 Kmph) that even big trees and hoardings can be uprooted on the way. In some plain states, heavy rains along with large hailstones may occur, while in hilly states torrential rains will increase problems. There is an alert of heavy rain and thunderstorm in Delhi and its surrounding areas on Sunday. During a storm, the wind speed can reach 60 to 70 km per hour. The maximum temperature will be up to 41°C during the day, but after torrential rain in the evening, the weather will become pleasant and the temperature will drop.

Stormy winds can blow at a speed of 70 to 75 Kmph in many big districts of UP. The districts for which alert has been issued include Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Shahjahanpur, Moradabad, Agra, Mathura, Kanpur, Hamirpur, Chandauli, Azamgarh, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Prayagraj. In the capital Lucknow, the day temperature will be around 41°C and the night temperature will be around 30°C.

There is a warning of heavy rain and thunderstorm in Patna, Gaya, Buxar, Siwan, Saran, Nalanda, Vaishali, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Purnia, Araria, Kishanganj, Bhagalpur and Munger of Bihar. There is also a danger of lightning in some parts of East Bihar. Winds can blow at a speed of 65 to 70 km in Dhanbad, Bokaro, Ranchi, Palamu, Dumka, Hazaribagh, Sahebganj and Tata (Singhbhum) of Jharkhand.
How will the weather be tomorrow in the hilly states of Uttarakhand, Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir?
Uttarakhand: There is a danger of heavy rains and debris falling on the mountains in districts like Dehradun, Nainital, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Rudraprayag and Chamoli.
Himachal: The minimum temperature in Manali may drop to 4°C. There is a warning of strong storm in Shimla, Kullu and Kangra.
Jammu and Kashmir: Roads may be affected due to heavy rain in some parts of the state.
