Parshuram-Krishna Lok: It has been announced to make ‘Shri Parshuram-Shri Krishna Lok’ in Janapav Kuti of Madhya Pradesh. This project, to be built at a cost of more than Rs 17 crore, will promote religious tourism and will become a special attraction for the devotees. Announcing the construction of ‘Shri Parshuram-Shri Krishna Lok’ here, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that in the coming times, this place will create a special identity for the devotees not only in the country but across the world. The CM said that more than Rs 17 crore 50 lakh will be spent on this project. Its objective is to develop a spiritual and cultural center where people can closely understand the life, philosophy and pastimes of Lord Parashurama and Krishna. He said that the devotees coming here will have a spiritual experience as well as a sense of ‘virtue’.
The proposed ‘Shri Parashuram-Shri Krishna Lok’ will be developed with modern facilities and a mythological glimpse.

This entire project will not only promote religious tourism but will also strengthen the local economy.
In his address, the Chief Minister said that the influence of Lord Parshuram extended from Satyayuga to Tretayuga and Can be seen till Dwapar. He said that Parashuram played an important role in the life of Lord Ram and his contribution in the life of Lord Krishna is no less. According to the CM, Lord Krishna made the impossible possible in difficult times through the blessings of Parashuram and Sudarshan Chakra. During the program, the Chief Minister, while mentioning the many rivers originating from the Janapav area, described them as the “arteries of Mother Earth”. He directed the administration to make plans to revive Gambhir and Ajnar rivers. He also mentioned the Ken-Betwa and Parvati-Kalisindh river linking projects being run under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which were described as game changers for the farmers.
In his speech, the Chief Minister also made a sharp attack on the Congress regarding the Women’s Reservation Bill. He said that the opposition has disappointed in the matter of giving rights to half of the country’s population and efforts will continue in future to give women their rights. Janapav Kuti is considered to be the birthplace of Lord Parashuram. This place is already important from the religious point of view, but after becoming ‘Shri Parashuram-Shri Krishna Lok’, its identity is expected to become even wider.
This project of the Madhya Pradesh government is not just the development of a religious place, but is being seen as a big initiative to connect faith, culture and tourism. If this plan is completed on time, Janapav Kuti may become one of the major spiritual tourist destinations of the country in the coming years.
