Who is NEET Botany teacher Manisha Gurunath Mandare?
Manisha Mandare is said to be originally from Maharashtra. Who is a lecturer of Botany in Modern College of Arts Science and Commerce located in Shivajinagar, Pune. Manisha is considered an expert in Botany, to whom students from far and wide used to come for advice. Not only this, he was called to prepare NEET exam paper for the last 6 years. That means she is also considered quite intelligent. This time too, NTA had appointed him as an expert in the NEET-UG 2026 examination process. But the biggest question is why did he leak the paper? Manisha used to run a NEET special coaching in Pune.
According to media reports, investigation has revealed that Manisha Mandare had run a special coaching for the students preparing for NEET in Pune during April 2026 before the NEET paper. This coaching was conducted at the house of Manisha Waghmare (who was arrested on May 14). In which only a few selected NEET candidates used to come. Where many questions of Botany and Zoology were explained to the students in the class through Manisha. Also, they were made to write in the notebook and mark that these questions would come in the examination. Therefore read them carefully. Not only this, 100% guarantee of their arrival was also given.
Another mastermind of NEET paper leak arrested
Let us tell you that during the arrest of Manisha, CBI has recovered many important documents, laptop, bank statements and mobile phones from her house. In this case, another mastermind of NEET paper leak, chemistry teacher PV Kulkarni, resident of Latur, Maharashtra, has also been arrested. In this case, till now a total of 9 accused have been arrested from Delhi, Jaipur, Gurugram, Nashik, Pune and Ahilyanagar. Of these, 5 accused have also been presented in the court.
