The tension reached its peak when a scuffle broke out between the slogan-shouting MPs. According to the report of news agency ANI, amidst the sharp attitude of the opposition, CPI(M) MP John Brittas snatched a poster from the hands of BJP leader Arun Singh present there. This one incident added fuel to the burning fire, after which MPs from both the parties came very close and started shouting at each other. Seeing the deteriorating atmosphere, Parliament security personnel immediately swung into action. To prevent any major untoward incident, he created an impenetrable ‘human chain’ between the two groups, after which the two sides could be separated.
