Ketan Agarwal Murder Case: In Maharashtra’s famous Lohagarh murder case, the statement of the security guard who was the first to reach the spot immediately after Ketan Aggarwal fell from the fort on June 18 has come to light. The guard said that as soon as he heard the screams, he ran towards the spot, spoke to Siya Goyal and informed the police without any delay. Let us tell you that in this case, the police has arrested Ketan Aggarwal’s fiancee Sia Goyal and her alleged close friend Chetan Chaudhary on charges of murder and criminal conspiracy.
Security guard told the whole story after the incident
According to Dheeraj Jadhav, the security guard posted at Lohagarh Fort, on the day of the incident, I suddenly heard a scream. Hearing the screams, I reached there running. I asked Siya Goyal what happened. He said that someone has fallen from here. After this I immediately informed the police. According to Jadhav, at that time Siya Goyal was continuously calling for help.
Siya was shouting “Help, help”
The guard said that when he reached the spot, Siya Goyal was repeatedly shouting “help, help”. He said that at that time, instead of asking more questions, he considered it necessary to immediately give information to the police and other officials. He only asked what had happened, to which Siya replied that someone had fallen down from the fort.
There is 24-hour security in the fort.
Dheeraj Jadhav told that there is round the clock security at Lohagarh Fort. He also said that there is a police station near the fort. However, he admitted that sometimes there may be a problem in communication due to network problems in the area, but he immediately contacted the police.
The sound of screams was heard from a distance
According to the guard, he was on duty when he heard people shouting from a distance. He told that he immediately ran in the direction of the sound and tried to get information about the incident from the tourists present there. During this time he had a conversation with Siya Goyal. He said that at that time Sia had not given him any additional information about the incident.
Sia and Chetan are arrested on charges of murder and conspiracy
Police have arrested 20-year-old Siya Goyal and her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary, 22, in this case. Investigating agencies allege that both of them conspired together to murder Ketan Aggarwal and killed him by pushing him from Lohagarh Fort. Initially this incident was presented as an accident during trekking.
Evidence of contact between the two emerged from call records
According to police investigation, Siya Goyal and Chetan Choudhary were in constant touch for the last six months. 2,004 phone calls were recorded between the two. Investigation also revealed that both of them talked for about 238 hours during this period. Police say that many calls lasted for two to three hours or more.
We met in a cafe on the day of the incident
Investigation has also revealed that on the day of the incident, Siya Goyal and Chetan Choudhary met in a cafe in Pune. Police claim that during this meeting both of them had discussed the alleged plan. Investigators allege that both of them had talked about choosing a place on the fort from where Ketan Aggarwal could be pushed down. However, these allegations are being confirmed on the basis of investigation and the matter is still in the judicial process.
