After scoring half-centuries against Punjab and Chennai, this left-handed batsman also scored a half-century against Delhi Capitals. Abhishek completed his third fifty of this season in just 25 balls. This is Abhishek’s slowest half-century in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, Delhi wicketkeeper KL Rahul made a mistake in catching the ball. He could not catch the ball and Abhishek was saved from being run out.

Abhishek Sharma completed 2000 IPL runs for Sunrisers Hyderabad during this innings. He achieved this milestone in 78 innings.
