Another major accident has occurred in the country’s capital Delhi. A massive fire suddenly broke out in flats in Vivek Vihar area of Delhi. The incident came to light in the early morning when the fire department received information, following which several fire tenders were immediately sent to the spot and relief and rescue operations were started. The fire quickly spread to the flats located on the second, third and fourth floors, trapping many people inside. At present, the rescue operation is going on and efforts have been intensified to rescue other people trapped in the building. Further investigation and legal action is underway at the scene. Corporation councilor Pankaj Luthra has confirmed the recovery of 9 bodies.
