Indications increased due to continuous meetings in Delhi
Before the cabinet expansion, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary met many senior leaders in Delhi. He discussed with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. These meetings are being linked to the final outline of Bihar cabinet expansion. It is believed that the process of expansion will move forward only after the consent of the central leadership. Before leaving for Delhi, Samrat Chaudhary had also met former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. This meeting has also intensified political speculations.
Discussion on 15-15 formula between BJP-JDU
At present, the 15-15 formula between BJP and JDU is being discussed the most in the politics of Bihar. According to sources, 13 ministers of BJP and 12 ministers of JDU may get place in the possible expansion. Apart from this, there is a possibility of giving representation to other allies of NDA also. Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Hindustani Awam Morcha and Rashtriya Lok Morcha may also get a place in the cabinet. Political experts believe that this time the cabinet will be formed keeping in mind the ethnic and regional balance so that the message of political representation can be given to all sections.
Jitan Ram Manjhi gave indications of balance
Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary also met former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi. Manjhi’s statement after the meeting is being considered very important politically. He said the Chief Minister described him as his “guardian” and his son Santosh Kumar Suman as his “brother”. Manjhi said that when the Chief Minister himself is talking about relationships, there is no need to make separate demands. However, his statement is being seen as a political signal. It is believed that he also indirectly put forward the claim of his son and former cabinet minister Santosh Kumar Suman.

Jitan Ram Manjhi also said that the form of the cabinet should be such that people from all societies and all regions get representation.
