The Governor himself participated in the program on the second day of the three-day meditation camp organized for officers and employees at Lok Bhawan. During this, he informed the participants about the benefits of meditation and inspired them for regular practice.

Governor Shri Deka said that in today’s time, stress has become a common problem due to increasing competition, workload and responsibilities. In such an environment, meditation helps a person maintain mental balance, reduce stress and work more effectively at the workplace.

In the meditation camp, trainers from Heartfulness Institute, Amleshwar gave detailed information to the officers and employees about various techniques of meditation and its importance. Trainers told that regular meditation not only strengthens mental health but also increases the ability to face the challenges of life.
