Miss Kusum Lata Bipre, resident of small village Kandel in Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh, has made a name for herself across the state on the basis of her hard work, dedication and self-confidence. Despite limited resources, he secured 97.40 percent marks in the Board of Secondary Education examination and got fifth place in the merit list of the state.
