Actor Arjun Rampal on Monday celebrated 25 years in the Hindi film industry, expressing heartfelt gratitude to his fans, colleagues and filmmakers who have been part of his journey since his debut.
Marking the anniversary of the release of his first film, Pyar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, Rampal shared an emotional note on Instagram, saying the film’s title had come to reflect his own life as he received immense love and affection from audiences over the years.
Reflecting on his career, the actor said every experience—whether successful or challenging—had shaped him into the artist he is today. He described each phase of his journey as a blessing and said he would not change anything about the path he has travelled.
Rampal also acknowledged the directors who gave him his first opportunities, naming Rajiv Rai, Ashok Mehta and Shantanu Sheore for believing in him during the early years of his career.
He thanked several producers and collaborators, including Vashu Bhagnani, Ritesh Sidhwani, Ramesh Taurani, Shabbir Boxwala and Gauri Khan, for continuing to place their faith in him regardless of the commercial performance of his films.
The actor reserved a special mention for Shah Rukh Khan, crediting him with convincing him to join Farah Khan’s blockbuster Om Shanti Om. He also expressed appreciation for filmmaker Aditya Dhar, thanking him for motivating him and standing by him.
Rampal paid tribute to veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, calling him an inspiration and thanking him for his generosity and guidance. He also acknowledged the many actors and technicians he has worked with throughout his career.
Concluding his message, Rampal thanked his admirers, saying their unwavering support had made his journey truly special. He said he was nothing without his fans and signed off by sending them “lots of Pyar, Ishq aur Mohabbat.”
