Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep sorrow over the Ahmedabad accident. He has announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the families of the deceased. Apart from this, it has also been announced to give an assistance amount of Rs 50 thousand to the people injured in the accident.
