Actually, this terrible accident happened at Rachna Tower located in Rachna Nagar, Bhopal. Where two vehicles parked in the basement caught fire at around dead o’clock on Monday afternoon. This incident created a stir in the building. The entire building was filled with smoke. People came out of their flats screaming. Someone called the police and someone informed the fire team. However, after some time both the police and fire team arrived.
Electric scooter becomes ball of fire in Bhopal
People present at the spot at the time of the incident said that the fire first broke out in an electric two-wheeler parked in the basement. After this the fire engulfed a car parked nearby. Within no time that car burst into flames. Someone ran to get a bucket from the resident of the building and someone connected the water pipe from the house. But the flames were very strong and difficult to control. However, after some time the fire team reached the spot and after some effort extinguished the fire.

1. Do not park in direct sunlight
- Do not keep the electric scooter standing in strong sunlight for a long time. Try to keep the vehicle in the shade or parking shed.
2. Avoid overcharging
- Do not leave the battery charging overnight. Remove the charger immediately after full charging.

- Always use the original charger and battery of the company. Fake or cheap chargers can become a major cause of fire.
4. Take care during charging
- Do not charge the scooter in closed areas or near flammable items. If the battery gets too hot while charging, turn it off immediately.
