China was kind to America, India, ignoring India for rare meaning!

In the case of Rare Earth Magnet, China’s double attitude has come to the whole world. On the one hand, while China increased the export of these important materials to the US to seven times, India was shown only cheating. Rare Earth Magnets, which are essential for electric vehicles, wind turbines and many electronic devices, this policy of China in their exports is becoming a concern for India.

Why is America getting so much love from China?

According to a report by Reuters, China took the export of Rare Earth Magnet to 353 MT in June 2025. This is a tremendous jump of 660% compared to May. That is, the exports that were exported in May were sent to the US in June. Actually, the reason for this love is some business agreements between China and America. In these, many stuck issues related to rare mean metals and exports of magnets were resolved. Not only this, NVIDIA, a US chip -making company, is also preparing to sell its H20 AI chips to China again. That is, all this is part of a big deal, in which a soft corner between the two countries is seen to be formed.

India increased by just 14%

Talking about India, the figures disappoint. In June, China exported only 172 metric tonnes of rare meaning magnets to India. It increased by just 14% as compared to May. This figure is much less than countries like America, Germany and Poland. India, which is dependent on these magnets for its automobile and electric vehicle industry, may face a serious crisis. Many Indian companies are afraid of obstruction of production, because the lack of these magnets is affecting the supply chain badly.

Germany and Poland are also ahead of India

China exported 764 metric tonnes of meaning magnets to Germany in June, which is 267% higher than in May. At the same time, there was a record increase of 738% in exports to Poland. If we talk about the top 10 countries, which China has done the highest export (based on the increase in percentage), then India is at the bottom of this list. This clearly shows that India does not stay anywhere in the priority of China. Gliebly, China, which supplies more than 90% of rare meaning magnets, is using its strength strategically.

China banned rare meaning in April

Significantly, in early April, China banned the export of some rare economy metals. This step was taken in response to the tariff imposed by the US. After this, shipment came to a standstill in April and May. The supply chain in many countries including India and America was disturbed. Even some automobile companies had to stop their production. Many companies of India also had to face it.
