Vishal Vashishtha, who started his career with the TV show, Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera as the lead, was last seen in . Vishal has been receiving a lot of praise for his performance in the Netflix series Glory. He played the role of Inspector Arvind in the web series, which features Divyenndu, Pulkit Samrat and Suvinder Vicky in the lead roles. Recently, in an exclusive interaction with Zoom/Telly Talk India, reacted to TV actors’ claims of getting judged in the film industry on the basis of their work experience in the small screen.
Vishal Vashishtha On TV Actors’ Claim
Many TV celebs claimed that they often get judged by the people from the film fraternity over their experience of working in the small screen. Some actors also mentioned that they don’t get meaty roles and get rejected for being TV stars. During a candid conversation with us, we asked Vishal Vashishtha about the same.
He said that he has never seen such issues in his career. Vishal said, “Personally, I haven’t experienced it yet. I think a major reason for that is because I never really was out there socially. Be it events or any social media platform. I was doing my work and going home to my people. So the TV background notion for me never really developed. Of course this wasn’t intentional, but it proved to be beneficial for me in breaking away from the TV medium to web or films.”

Vishal is now an emerging star in the digital space. When asked about his journey from TV to OTT, the actor said, “The journey has been gradual, with no rush. I think my patience paid off. I could spend time getting better at being a decent actor. Still a long way to go. Things have just begun for me, and I’m really looking forward to this year’s releases.”
Vishal Vashishtha Is Ready For Challenges
An actor always likes to challenge himself when it comes to proving his talent. When asked Vishal Vashishtha whether he would be ready to do anything on-screen which is out of his ,the actor said that he is ready for challenges. He said, “Well, all I can say is that I’ve had the opportunity to challenge myself in the last couple of years. And I truly hope when those pieces of work come out, people see some good in them.”
When asked about his upcoming projects, the actor said, “I am in the ‘Can’t keep calm’ mode right now. All the work which has been done over the past year is all set to release, and to my golden luck, all of them are so varied. I hope people accept me in all those different colours.”
Vishal is currently busy working on his upcoming projects. He has not revealed details about them.
