Team India has faced defeat for the first time in the T20 series against England. This fate has happened to Team India after becoming T20 champion for the second consecutive time, which did not happen in the last 14 years. While Team India, BCCI and Indian fans are in tension regarding this performance after losing 3 consecutive matches, England captain Harry Brook is obviously very happy. But Brook is not satisfied with this, rather he now wants the reward for this performance and this reward is England getting the number-1 ranking.

The Indian team also suffered a crushing defeat in the fourth match of the T20 series played on Thursday 9 July in Bristol. Team India could score only 158 runs and England demolished this score in just 14 overs. England achieved this victory by losing only 1 wicket and Captain Brook himself played a big role in this, who played an explosive inning of 79 runs in just 35 balls.

With the third consecutive defeat in 4 matches of this series, the Indian team also lost the trophy. After this victory, while Team India is surrounded by questions, England captain Brook has his eyes on the next target. After winning the match and the series, Brook said that he wants the England team to achieve the first position in the T20 rankings. Brook said, “We have been told that if we win even the last match, we will become world number-1 and our eyes are on this prize.”

Brook further said that it would be very special to defeat India 4-0 in the series but becoming the number-1 team would be more special and all of them have their eyes on this only. Talking about the last match, this match will be played on Saturday 11th July in Southampton. This is the last chance for Team India to save its honour. With the defeat in this match, Team India will be wiped out in the series, which has rarely happened with the Indian team in the last few years.
