Strategy did not change for NEET Re Exam, just continued hard work.
After the announcement of NEET re-exam, many students changed their entire preparation, but Panshul did not do so. He believed that if the earlier strategy was correct then there was no need to change it. He studied daily at a fixed time, took rest in between and completed each study session with full concentration. For him, the quality of studies was more important than the hours of study.

The most important thing about Panshul Bansal’s success was that he did not limit himself to studies only. In his free time, he used to watch videos related to technology and gaming, play piano, solve Rubik’s Cube, play badminton and also go skating. He believes that if time is managed properly, enough time can be found for both studies and hobbies. This balance kept him mentally fresh.
Dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood, family did not put pressure on him
Panshul Bansal does not come from a family where there is a tradition of medical profession. His father Sanjeev Kumar Bansal is a businessman with a naval engineering background, while his mother Monica Bansal is a company secretary. Panshul’s decision to become a doctor was entirely his own. Now his aim is to pursue MBBS in the field of surgery after doing MBBS from AIIMS Delhi and in future he wants to choose super specialty like cardiology or orthopedics.

Family gave assurance, no pressure
Panshul became very emotional when the news of re-exam came, but the family explained to him only one thing, being nervous will not change anything. The father constantly advised him to maintain discipline, while the mother maintained a positive environment throughout. This support of his family became the biggest strength of his preparation.

Panshul Bansal believes that there is no shortcut to success. Constant hard work, discipline and self-confidence are the biggest weapons. He says that instead of comparing with other students, one should focus on one’s preparation. His journey shows that maintaining confidence is more important than changing strategies when difficult situations arise. This thinking took him to the top rank in the country’s toughest medical entrance examination.
