During the election campaign, CM Yogi’s rallies created a strong atmosphere in favor of BJP candidates. As soon as the results came on Monday, BJP workers of Gorakhpur jumped with joy.
CM Yogi received grand welcome on reaching Gorakhpur
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Gorakhpur in the evening from Lucknow via Maharajganj on Monday. Many leaders including Mayor Dr. Manglesh Srivastava, BJP State Vice President and MLC Dr. Dharmendra Singh, Regional President Sahajanand Rai, Gorakhpur Rural MLA Vipin Singh and Metropolitan Convener Rajesh Gupta welcomed him warmly at the helipad of MP Polytechnic Ground. All the leaders expressed happiness over the spectacular victory in West Bengal elections and congratulated CM Yogi.

Mahant Avaidyanath Samadhi: Blessings taken at Gurudev’s Samadhi
After visiting the temple, the Chief Minister reached the Samadhi site of his revered Gurudev Mahant Avaidyanath. He visited and worshiped the idol there, took blessings and paid obeisance.
