Why will Vaibhav Suryavanshi not be able to use Team India’s dressing room?

Vaibhav Suryavanshi Will be allowed to enter India’s dressing room only during matches and team meetings.
This rule is applicable in football also

Only when he turned 16 in December 2025 was he allowed to change in the dressing room of his fellow players. The same rule will apply in the case of Vaibhav Suryavanshi and the ECB official has also confirmed this. The ECB told the Guardian that this rule is followed in England. Vaibhav will have to stay with his family during the entire tour. They will have to stay in the same hotel. It is possible that they may even live in the same room.
A record will be made for the youngest debut
