Dream Home in Delhi? DDA Offers Flats At 25% Discount; Apply By June 30 Under Housing Schemes

Property prices in Delhi-NCR are constantly rising, making it difficult for middle-income earners to achieve their dreams. In response, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched two housing schemes to provide affordable flats to people of various income groups.

These schemes are targeted at the high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG), and economically weaker sections (EWS), offering them the opportunity to purchase homes at affordable rates. Allotment of flats is done through a ‘first-come, first-served’ process, giving eligible applicants the opportunity to own a home in Delhi.

DDA Citizen Housing Scheme 2026

This scheme was launched on January 23 to provide affordable housing in Narela and Siraspur, offering a 25 per cent discount on flats. A total of 3,245 flats are available in Narela, of which 1,944 were added in March. 411 LIG flats are available in Siraspur. Registration for these flats can be done on the DDA’s housing portal.

The booking amount for flats is as follows: HIG flats: Rs 1,000,000, MIG flats: Rs 400,000, LIG flats: Rs 100,000, and EWS flats: Rs 50,000. The booking period for flats under this scheme has been extended until June 30. Applicants must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 2,500 on the Housing portal.

DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026
