Rampal Singh took charge as the Vice Chairman of the Twenty Point Program and Implementation Committee on Saturday. He said that his priority would be to extend the benefits of government schemes to the last person. Also, emphasis was laid on regular review of schemes and working with transparency.
On Saturday, Vice Chairman of Twenty Point Program and Implementation Committee, Shri Rampal Singh reached the committee office and officially assumed his charge. During this time, officials associated with the committee and many dignitaries were present.

After assuming charge, Shri Rampal Singh said that the important responsibility entrusted to him by the government will be discharged with complete honesty, integrity and transparency. He said that his priority would be to implement government schemes effectively in the interest of the public.
Emphasis on extending the benefits of government schemes to the last person
He said that the main objective of the twenty-point program is to extend the benefits of development schemes to the last person of the society. For this, it will be ensured that all the government schemes are properly implemented on the ground and their benefits reach the eligible people.
Focus on regular review and progress reports of schemes
While giving instructions to the officials, Rampal Singh said that the progress reports of the schemes run by various departments should be received regularly. Also, the review system should be strengthened so that transparency and speed are maintained in the implementation of the schemes.
