Dividends, stock splits, buybacks this week: At least 27 companies will announce corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, buybacks and income distribution, this week, according to the BSE website.
Companies that will trade ex-date for an array of corporate actions this week include Larsen & Toubro, L&T Finance, ITC Hotels, CMS Info Systems, Great Eastern Shipping Company, GM Breweries and Metropolis Healthcare, among others.
Shares of luxury hotel chain ITC Hotels Ltd will trade ex-date on Thursday, May 21. The company had announced an interim dividend of ₹1. The record date for the same is May 21.
The final dividend, if declared at the ensuing annual general meeting on August 6, will be paid between Monday, August 10 and Friday, August 14 to those members entitled thereto.
Cash management company CMS Info Systems has announced a buyback of up to 49.39 lakh shares at a price of ₹340 per share for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹167.93 crore. The record date is May 22.

Last week, electric power transmission company Power Grid Corporation of India recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
“This final dividend is in addition to the 1st Interim Dividend of ₹4.50/- per share i.e. @ 45% on the paid-up equity share capital, paid on 01st December, 2025 and 2nd Interim Dividend of ₹3.25/- per share i.e. @ 32.5% on the paid-up equity share capital, paid on 27th February, 2026 for the Financial Year 2025-26,” the company said in an exchange filing.
