The relationship between monkeys and humans is centuries old. It is also said that humans have evolved from monkeys. There are many similarities between the two in nature also. But such an incident happened in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, which surprised everyone. Here, a monkey considered a 3-month-old baby to be her own and kept it in her lap for about two hours and did not allow anyone to come near. The incident took place at the house of Tehseen, who lives behind Zahid School in Charthawal town. During this time, the family members held their breath, but people also became emotional after seeing Bandaria’s motherly love for the child.
What happened after all?
The family members had made the 3-month-old baby lie on the ground and were working nearby. Then suddenly a monkey came there. She started playing with the child. Surprisingly, the child also did not cry, but started playing with the monkey. The monkey was caressing the child and patting it lovingly, like a mother does to her child. When the family members returned after some time, they were shocked to see the monkey near the child. They tried to shoo the monkey away, but this only made her angrier. Just like a mother becomes aggressive to save her child, similarly the monkey also started running to bite. Seeing all this the child also started crying loudly. Seeing the child crying, the monkey got more angry at the people, perhaps she felt that her ‘child’ was crying because of her.

The monkey did not budge.
The family members made every effort to scare the monkey. They gave her food items and even threatened her with a stick, but the monkey did not budge. She remained sitting near the child. The child kept crying, yet the monkey did not harm him, just held him. After this, the family called animal rescuers, who immediately reached the house.
Video went viral
The rescue team adopted a unique method. He distracted the monkeys by playing videos of wild animals on his mobile phone. As soon as the monkey moved towards the mobile, she immediately picked up the child. The incident took place in Charthawal town, 15 km from the district headquarters. The video of this entire incident is now going viral. It is clearly visible in the video that the monkey is sitting near the child, she is holding the child’s hand with one hand and has placed the other hand on the child’s stomach. Whenever the child extended his hand towards his family, the monkey immediately pulled him towards her.
