Tara Sutaria Says She’s ‘Stuck in the 50s’ and Has No Plans of Leaving

Actress Tara Sutaria has embraced the timeless glamour of the 1950s, sharing a vintage-inspired look on social media and declaring that she is “stuck” in the era.

The Marjaavaan actress took to Instagram to share a series of monochrome photographs featuring her in an elegant black gown, complemented by a statement necklace and matching earrings.

With her hair styled in a sleek high bun and subtle makeup completing the look, Tara posed in different settings, including on and beside a couch, maintaining the classic aesthetic throughout the photographs.

“Stuck in the 50’s (and never getting out),” Tara captioned the post, expressing her affection for the distinctive style and charm associated with the decade.

Actress Sonam Bajwa reacted to the post by commenting, “Tara.”

On the work front, Tara will next appear in Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, alongside Yash, Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi and Rukmini Vasanth.

The actress recently shared pictures with Yash from the romantic song Madhosh, offering fans a glimpse of their on-screen chemistry. Sharing several photographs from the song, she wrote, “The in between moments are my favourites in Madhosh.. The stolen glances, the sweetness in our smiles, the eyes.. What are your favourite moments?”

The song has also been released in regional languages. Its Kannada version is titled Manamohaka, while the Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions are called ManasaagadheThadumaarudheyyy and Madhu Mohini, respectively.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is scheduled for theatrical release on August 26.
