banana peel

papaya peel
In most of the houses, papaya is eaten and its peels are thrown away, but it is no less than a boon for your skin. The Vitamin C present in it boosts collagen in the skin, while an enzyme called papain removes dead skin cells. If you rub its peel gently on the skin from the inside for 2-3 minutes daily, the skin will become soft and glowing. It also deeply cleanses the skin and makes it clean and clear. If you want, grind the peels and make a paste and apply it on the face.

lemon peel
Lemon is usually used daily in homes during summer. Do not make the mistake of throwing away its peel. If there is tanning on the hands and feet and the skin has started looking dull due to dead skin, then apply a little sugar or coffee powder on the inside of the lemon peel and rub it on the skin of your hands and feet in circular motion. This will remove tanning and dead skin will also be removed. One should avoid rubbing it directly on the face.
orange peel
Most people know the use of orange peel in skin care. You might have used its powder many times by putting it in a face pack, but you can gently rub its fresh peels on your face both internally and externally. This will also remove tanning and by rubbing the face with the inner part of the peel, it will act as a gentle scrub. You can rub the orange peel on the face from both sides. If you want to use it externally, crush it slightly so that its juice can be applied properly on your skin.

watermelon peels
If you eat watermelon in summer and throw away its peels, then don’t do this now. You can rub its inner part on your skin in circular motion. These peels are a treasure trove of many nutrients and are helpful in keeping your skin hydrated, providing relief from oily skin, and reducing pimples.
