This person named Kirit Patel has said in his application to the Collector that due to the long legal battle and mental stress, he has no other option left.
Kirit Patel alleges that his wife deliberately creates domestic fights and then misuses the laws meant for women’s safety. “She picks up a fight and calls the police or women’s helpline and initiates legal action against me,” he said.
Patel also alleged that his wife had also tried to harm his son from his first marriage. When he complained about this to the police, no case was registered. Let us tell you that this is the third marriage of both Kirit and his wife. Both of them got married on November 14, 2024. Kirit says that since his marriage, his wife, mother-in-law and other relatives have been continuously pressurizing him for money. He alleges that instead of seeking divorce, his wife is harassing him with legal matters and demanding money.
In his petition for euthanasia, Kirit Patel has written that men do not get any legal protection in family disputes. He has also warned that if no action is taken on his complaint, he will be forced to take some major steps.
