Celebrity nutritionist Shweta Shah has recently posted a video and shared a home remedy to stop diarrhea, which requires only 3 things. It includes curd, curry leaves and turmeric. To make this, first of all you have to take 2 spoons of fresh curd and add 7 to 8 curry leaves and a pinch of turmeric in it and mix it. You have to eat this in the morning for 7 to 8 days continuously. This will provide relief to the stomach to a great extent and diarrhea will also come under control.

Keep the stomach cool – According to nutritionists, this drink helps in keeping the stomach cool. Actually, curd is cold in nature, hence when you eat it, the stomach gets natural coolness. This also stops diarrhea.

Control stool – Curd is helpful in keeping the stomach cool. At the same time, curry leaves are considered beneficial for stabilizing the stomach. Eating it daily does not cause frequent stomach upset and also reduces the risk of loose motion.

Digestion also becomes better – Curd is probiotic, hence it is considered very beneficial in improving digestion and strengthening gut health. However, you need to eat it continuously.
