Romantic action drama Srinivasa Mangapuram, starring Jai Krishna Ghattamaneni and Rasha Thadani, completed its third day at the box office on Saturday, August 1. The film witnessed a slight decline in its India net collection compared with Friday. It has now entered its first Sunday in theatres, with Day 4 collections currently underway.
According to box office tracking website Sacnilk, Srinivasa Mangapuram earned an estimated ₹83 lakh India net on Day 3 from 1,353 shows. The film’s cumulative India net collection has consequently reached ₹2.96 crore after its first three days, while its reported India gross stands at ₹3.35 crore.
Sacnilk further reports that the film has grossed ₹20 lakh from overseas markets so far. Combining its domestic and overseas business, Srinivasa Mangapuram has recorded a reported worldwide gross of ₹3.55 crore after three days.
Srinivasa Mangapuram Records Slight Drop On Saturday
The film’s Day 3 collection was marginally lower than its Friday earnings. After collecting ₹88 lakh India net on Day 2, Srinivasa Mangapuram brought in ₹83 lakh on Saturday, representing a decline of around 5.7 per cent.
Srinivasa Mangapuram had opened with ₹1.25 crore India net on Thursday, July 30, from 1,665 shows and registered an overall occupancy of 22 per cent. It then collected ₹88 lakh on Friday before adding another ₹83 lakh on Saturday. Together, the three days account for the film’s ₹2.96 crore India net total.
The movie is currently in its first Sunday at the box office. With Day 4 falling on August 2, its extended opening-weekend total will become clearer once Sunday’s collection figures are available.
