Actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty has started the week with a workout session centred on ball exercises, highlighting how combining movement with coordination can engage both the body and mind.
The actress shared a video on Instagram in which she is seen performing a series of exercises with balls while dressed in sporty athleisure. Calling it her Monday motivation, Shilpa encouraged her followers to get their “brain in the game”.
She listed several benefits of ball-based exercises, including improved focus, attention and mental clarity. According to the actress, movements requiring the brain and body to work together can also improve coordination and body awareness.
Shilpa further highlighted cross-body movements and what she described as “brain-gym” exercises, saying they can support attention, working memory and cognitive flexibility. She also noted that movement and coordination can increase blood flow and support neural connections.
“Another Monday, another reason to get your brain in the game,” Shilpa wrote while sharing the workout video.
The actress regularly uses Mondays to share fitness-focused posts with her followers, encouraging them to begin the week with an active routine and healthy habits.
On the work front, Shilpa was most recently seen in the Kannada film KD: The Devil and the web series Indian Police Force.
