Let us also tell you under which 3 conditions weight should not be measured and which time is right.
Immediately after workout – According to the trainer, the worst time to measure weight is immediately after workout. According to experts, after exercise, the body sweats a lot, due to which the amount of water in the body reduces. In such a situation, you may see less weight and you may feel that you have lost a lot of weight. But there is no need to be happy, because it is not actually fat loss but only water loss i.e. water weight. Which later becomes normal again.
During periods- The next worst time to measure weight is during periods. According to the trainer, at this time many hormonal changes take place in the body, due to which problems of bloating and water retention can occur. In such a situation, the weight may appear more than normal, due to which many times people get worried. Experts say that they have seen weight increasing by about 2-3 kg during periods in many clients. However, this is not actually fat, but is due to the water stored in the body, which reduces automatically after a few days.
Just before sleeping- The third worst time to measure weight is just before sleeping. According to experts, most people check their weight before sleeping at night, but this is not the right method. Actually, by this time you have eaten the whole day’s food, drank enough water and also done many types of activities. For this reason, your weight is highest during the day at night. In such a situation, if you measure weight at this time, you may get wrong and increased results. Therefore, it is better to avoid measuring weight before sleeping, so that you can get accurate and correct information.
