In a sad news related to the politics of Uttar Pradesh, Prateek Yadav, younger brother of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, died on Wednesday at the age of 38. According to reports, Prateek Yadav was seriously ill for the last several days. Recently he was admitted to Medanta Hospital. When his health deteriorated, he was brought to Civil Hospital on Wednesday morning, where doctors declared him dead. Initial medical information has also raised the possibility of “suspected poisoning” i.e. consumption of poisonous substance. The body has been sent to King George’s Medical University for post-mortem, where a panel of doctors is investigating. Police have started investigating the case, while the final cause of death is yet to be officially confirmed by the family and administration.
