This exercise will give rest to the eyes
Palming exercise- Palming exercise is a good option to relax the eyes. To do this, first of all rub your two hands together, so that slight warmth is generated. Now close your eyes and gently place your palms on your eyes. Take care not to put too much pressure on the eyes. Remain in this position while taking deep breaths for 1 to 2 minutes. This reduces eye fatigue and the stress caused by looking at the screen starts reducing.
Eye rolling exercise- Eye rolling exercise is also considered very effective. By doing this, eye strain reduces and focus improves. For this you have to sit comfortably and slowly roll first in the clockwise direction, then in the anti-clockwise direction. Repeat this process 8 to 10 times. By doing this daily, the stiffness in the eyes reduces and focus starts improving.
Blinking exercise- By looking at mobile or laptop for a long time, people blink less, due to which the problem of dryness and watering of eyes is common. To get relief from this, you can do blinking exercise. In this you have to blink rapidly for 10 seconds and close your eyes and rest for a few seconds. Repeat this 4 to 5 times. This maintains moisture in the eyes and provides relief from irritation and fatigue.
