Porsche India has officially commenced customer deliveries for the all-electric Porsche Cayenne today, marking a major milestone for the brand in the luxury electric vehicle segment. Available in standard and turbo trims, the new battery-powered SUV blends high-performance capability with everyday utility while continuing to be sold alongside traditional internal combustion engine variants.
The exterior retains the iconic Cayenne silhouette while introducing a modern aerodynamic design featuring a blanked-off front grille, active vents, and matrix LED headlights with signature four-point daytime running lights. Inside, the cabin offers a spacious layout equipped with advanced digital displays, premium comfort amenities, and extensive upgrade features designed to elevate both driver engagement and passenger luxury.
Porsche Cayenne Electric Specifications and Features
The standard Porsche Cayenne Electric is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup paired with a 113 kWh battery, producing 408 hp that increases to 442 hp with launch control, alongside 835 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 4.8 seconds and achieves a top speed of 230 kmph, offering a WLTP-certified range of up to 642 km. The range-topping Cayenne Turbo Electric delivers an extraordinary 1,156 hp and 1,150 Nm of torque, sprinting from 0-100 kmph in 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 260 kmph and a 623 km range. Both models support 390 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 10 to 80 per cent charge in about 16 minutes, and support up to 22 kW AC charging alongside an optional wireless inductive charging system.
Measuring 4,985 mm long with a 3,023 mm wheelbase, the SUV features a 90-litre front trunk, a 781-litre rear boot, adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management, a 14.5-inch curved infotainment screen, four-zone climate control, and comprehensive driver assistance systems.
