Somnath Amrut Mahotsav PM Modi Visit: PM Modi participated in the ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ organized on the completion of 75 years of the reconstruction of Somnath temple. 90 meter high crane and water of 11 pilgrimages
‘Kumbhabhishek’ of the 90 meter high grand peak of Somnath temple was performed today. For this, water from 11 holy pilgrimages of the country was collected in a special urn. For the first time, with the help of a huge crane, this water was brought to the topmost part of the temple and the summit was consecrated.

Chetak helicopter showered flowers
As soon as PM Modi completed the aarti in the sanctum sanctorum, flowers started raining from the sky over the temple. Indian Army’s Chetak helicopter showered rose petals on the temple premises, making the entire atmosphere divine.
