When is the last Pradosh fast of Ashadha?

In Pradosh fast, Udayatithi is not considered the basis, rather Lord Shiva is worshiped during Pradosh period. How to please Bholenath on Ashadh Pradosh fast?

On the day of Ashadh Pradosh fast, wake up early in the morning and after taking bath, meditate on Lord Shiva and resolve to fast.
