The controversy started as soon as the clip of this scene went viral on social media. Many viewers questioned the decision to show religious characters through AI.

Many types of reactions have emerged on social media regarding the visuals of Shri Krishna created with AI. One user wrote, “Someone please cancel Ekta Kapoor’s AI subscription, because she is not making any mention of stopping it.” Another user wrote, “People say that AI will eat away jobs. Instead of hiring an actor to play the role of Shri Krishna, AI was used here. 3 thousand rupees per day of an artist are gone. Ekta is taking away everyone’s employment. Recently ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ has completed 26 years. On this occasion, a leap of 10 years was also shown in the show, due to which the story of Tulsi took a new turn. On this special occasion, Ekta Kapoor wrote on social media, “26 years ago a show came which changed my life.
