Mother narrated her story
The victim woman Neelam told that her daughter studies in the same school. She had just gone to speak politely to the principal, but she was treated very poorly.
Neelam said, “I teach my daughter in Sunbeam School. I had gone to the school and wanted to talk to madam. I was extremely rude and insulted. I was just trying to express my views, but in response I got scolding and ill-treatment.”
She further told that some copy-books were still pending for her daughter’s class and her husband was not in the city at that time. “I had only asked for 15 days’ extension. I had said that I would complete the rest of the course soon, but he was extremely rude and even abused me.”

Controversy increased regarding books and fees
Family members allege that pressure is created to buy books only from the shops designated by the school. The female guardian says that she wanted some time for financial and family reasons, but instead of listening to her, she was insulted. This is considered to be the main reason for the dispute.
