Seattle Orcas vs San Francisco Unicorns: A surprising collapse was seen in the 11th match of Major League Cricket (MLC) 2026. In this match played between San Francisco Unicorns and Seattle Orcas at the Oakland Coliseum, at one time it seemed that the Seattle team was going to score the highest score in T20 cricket. But the bowlers of Francisco Unicorns made such a dangerous comeback in the second half of the match that the entire team was all out in no time.

The batsmen created havoc in the beginning

Seattle Orcas, who won the toss and came to bat first, were given a start by their openers which spread panic in the camp of Francisco Unicorns. Tim Seifert and Shayan Jahangir made a stormy partnership of 60 runs for the first wicket in just 4.1 overs. Even after the fall of the first wicket, the pace of runs did not stop and the team scored 138 runs at the loss of 1 wicket in just 9.5 overs. Looking at the view of the field at that time, it seemed that the score would easily cross 240 or 250.

Then came the storm of Francisco’s bowlers

As soon as the team’s second wicket fell on the last ball of the 10th over, the fate of the match completely changed. The bowlers of San Francisco Unicorns started tightening the screws on the basis of tight bowling and precise lengths. Due to which Seattle Orcas, who had lost only 1 wicket for 138 runs, lost their last 9 wickets in adding only 53 runs. The result was that the team which seemed to be moving towards 250 runs, could not even complete 20 overs and was reduced to a score of 191 runs in 19.2 overs.

Francisco Unicorns won the match by 2 wickets

Francisco Unicorns did not have a good start in the run chase, but Luhan-Dri Pretorius brought the team back by playing a stormy innings of 87 runs in 39 balls.
