Priyanka Mohan attended the prestigious dinner as a special representative of Made in Korea, a film that has become a major global success. Extensively shot in South Korea, the Netflix release has crossed an impressive millions of views after its March 12 premiere, even ranking number one worldwide in the Non-English films category. Its success across 54 countries has made it a standout example of cross-cultural storytelling.

The state banquet was hosted by President Droupadi Murmu in honor of South Korean President Lee Jae-myung, who was on a three-day visit to India from April 19 to 21. The event brought together influential personalities from politics, arts, and various other fields, underscoring the importance of cultural exchange in strengthening bilateral relations.

Taking to social media, Priyanka Mohan shared her overwhelming experience of the evening in a heartfelt note. She wrote, “An absolutely surreal evening at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Honoured to have attended a dinner hosted by Hon’ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu ji, in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and President of South Korea Lee Jae Myung sir.”

She further added, “Truly grateful to be among such distinguished dignitaries and for the opportunity to interact with them. Deeply honoured to have had the opportunity to sit down and share a meal with such esteemed leaders. Overwhelmed by their appreciation for our film ‘Made in Korea’.”
