LDA Lake View Apartment: LDA has launched ‘Lake View Apartment’ scheme in Gomti Nagar Viraj section of Lucknow. With 646 premium 3BHK flats, swimming pool, club house and amenities like lake view, this project can bring a big change in the luxury housing sector of the capital.
LDA Launches Luxury Lake View Apartment: Big news has come for the people who are dreaming of buying their own house in Lucknow. Now a new luxury housing project is going to start in Viraj Khand of Gomti Nagar, one of the most posh areas of the capital. Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched the ‘Lake View Apartment’ scheme, which is being counted among the high-end residential projects of the capital.
This ambitious project has been launched by LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar. Along with this, the online registration process has also started, which will continue till June 18, 2026.

Project will be built at premium location of Gomti Nagar
The ‘Lake View Apartment’ project will be developed in Viraj Khand of Gomti Nagar, which is considered to be the most developed and premium residential area of Lucknow. The area is located in close proximity to Shaheed Path, Gomti Nagar Railway Station, Awadh Bus Station, Cinepolis Mall, major hospitals and reputed schools. In terms of location, this project is considered special for those who want both better connectivity and luxury lifestyle.

646 premium flats will be built in three 19-storey towers
According to LDA, three 19-storey towers of about 60 meters height will be built in this project. There will be a total of 646 premium flats in these towers. Each flat will be built in 3BHK plus servant room configuration. The area of the flat will be approximately 2340 square feet. The estimated price per flat has been fixed at around Rs 1.13 crore. The architecture of the project will be based on modern and high-end design, so that people can get a premium living experience.
Allotment will be done through online application and lottery
People interested in buying a flat can apply online by visiting the official website of LDA.
- General category applicants will have to deposit 5 percent registration fee of the total price.
- For reserved category this amount has been kept at 2.5 percent.
After completion of the application process, the allotment of flats will be done through lottery system.
World class facilities will be available in the apartment
The biggest feature of ‘Lake View Apartment’ will be the natural lake and greenery present near it. Along with this, many modern facilities will be developed in the project. These include:

Cost of Rs 760 crore, target to be completed in 3 years
According to the information, the estimated cost of this ambitious project has been fixed at around Rs 760 crore. The construction work is targeted to be completed in the next three years. At the same time, a plan has been made to hand over the keys of the flats to the allottees within five years.
Will be able to deposit money in easy installments
LDA has also kept easy payment options for the convenience of buyers.
- Allottees will be able to deposit the remaining amount in easy installments of 36 months i.e. 3 years.
- If an allottee deposits the entire amount within 45 to 90 days, he will also be given a discount of 4 to 6 percent on the total price.
Lucknow’s real estate sector will get a big boost
Real estate experts believe that the ‘Lake View Apartment’ project can give a new direction to the premium housing market of the capital. Gomti Nagar is already considered a preferred locality for investment and high-end residential projects. In such a situation, this new scheme of LDA will not only strengthen the infrastructure of the city, but can also bring a big change in the luxury housing segment.
