Ahead of the finale, several contestants, including Elvish Yadav and Arjun Bijlani, opened up exclusively to Zoom about the bonds they formed during the season, the memories they’ll cherish the most, and why they believe the connections made on Laughter Chefs will last long after the cameras stop rolling.

Elvish Yadav says Laughter Chefs gave him a family, not just friendships

Reflecting on the final day of Laughter Chefs Season 3,  exclusively told Zoom that winning wasn’t on his mind this time. “When I watched the finale of Season 2, I was thinking that we have to win. But this time… I was thinking that today is the last day of the shoot and everyone will start their work separately. Then we will have to meet less. So, I thought that I should spend as much time as possible with everyone,” he shared. Calling the show’s biggest reward its relationships, he added, “The fans’ love was always with me. We won the trophy in Season 2… I can’t say friendship. I will say family. The whole Laughter Chefs family. So, the biggest gain for me was the relationships.”

He also revealed that one of his favourite memories was reuniting with Karan Kundrra as his partner, while jokingly saying Nia Sharma “troubled” him the most because she would make “false allegations” that he had stolen ingredients. Asked if he would return for another season, he replied without hesitation, “You said ‘second’ a lot. I will come back before that.” Calling Laughter Chefs a show with “no controversy… only positivity, laughter, relationships and bonding,” he said he wasn’t ready to say goodbye after Krishna Abhishek’s emotional finale act revisiting the cast’s journey together.
