Kidnapping News: More than 50 school children kidnapped, made human shield to escape. Gunmen Kidnap More Than 50 Students In Nigeria’s Borno State

Gunmen abducted 50+ children from 3 schools in Borno State, Nigeria. Most of the kidnapped children are aged 2-5 years. The attackers ran away using them as human shields; Boko Haram is suspected to be behind the attack.

Abuja: More than 50 children have been kidnapped in attacks on different schools in Borno State of Nigeria. Gunmen kidnapped these children from three schools in the city. Most of the kidnapped children are between 2 and 5 years of age. This kidnapping happened after the attack by armed groups. Eyewitnesses say that the attackers took the children on bikes and used them as human shields, due to which the security forces could not take any immediate action.

The incident took place in Mussa, Borno State on Friday morning. Eyewitnesses said that the attackers were running away using the children as their shield, so the security forces could not open fire on them. The attackers fled on motorcycles with the children. Till now no organization has taken responsibility for this attack. But initially it is believed that ‘Boko Haram’ terrorists may be behind this attack.

The children were abducted from Government Day Secondary School, Mussa Central Primary School and State Universal Basic Education Board Secondary School in the city.
