Pune Murder Case: On the instigation of her lover Chetan, Sia killed her fiance Ketan by pushing him into a ditch. The reason for the murder was said to be Ketan’s wearing of a wig. Ujjwal Nikam will be appointed special public prosecutor in the case.
Pune: A new revelation has come to light in the Ketan Aggarwal murder case. Investigation has revealed that Sia was instigated by her lover Chetan to murder Ketan. Police said that during interrogation, Sia and Chetan were blaming each other, but on cross-checking the statements of both, Chetan’s instigation came to light. Let us tell you that on June 18, Sia had called Ketan to Lohgarh Fort in Pune on the pretext of his birthday. There she killed her future husband by pushing him into a 400 feet deep ditch.
Nikam may get the responsibility
Meanwhile, Ketan’s family had demanded that famous lawyer Ujjwal Nikam should be made the special public prosecutor in this case and the case should be heard in a fast-track court. Maharashtra government has accepted this demand. Ujjwal Nikam is the same lawyer who played an important role in sending 26/11 Mumbai attack terrorist Ajmal Kasab to the gallows. Now there is every possibility that he will be appointed Special Public Prosecutor in the Ketan Murder Case. Maharashtra government has given its consent to this.
‘If he is guilty then throw my daughter also from the fort’
Accused Siya’s father has said, ‘If our daughter is really guilty, then throw her also down from Lohgarh Fort.’ He said, ‘We did not know that our 19-year-old daughter Siya was in love with a boy named Chetan. We had never seen him. We have lost a son (Ketan) and a beautiful relationship. Whoever is found guilty in the investigation should be thrown down from the same fort. Even if she is our daughter. Siya’s mother Pooja said while crying, ‘Since the engagement, Siya used to talk only to Ketan. We do not think that she would have agreed to murder. If she didn’t like this marriage, she should have talked to us. He has betrayed us.
Ketan used to wear wig, hence murdered
The reason given by Siya during interrogation is surprising. She said that her future husband Ketan had no hair on his head and used to wear a wig. For this reason she did not want to marry him and killed him. Sia reportedly said, ‘I didn’t like wearing Ketan’s wig. But I did not want to hurt my family by breaking the marriage. That’s why I found the easiest way was to kill him. On this, Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal said, ‘We had already told Sia’s family that Ketan wears a wig. But could this be the reason for the murder?
