Investigation intensified in Ram Mandir donation case, accused in jail will be interrogated

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Arvind Kejriwal have been continuously cornering the BJP government at the Center and the state on this issue. A new twist has come in the investigation of Ram Mandir donation case. On Saturday, police sources said that Ayodhya Police has taken the court’s permission to interrogate five of the eight accused jailed in the Ram Temple donation theft case.

The accused – Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Ram Shankar Yadav, Karunesh Pandey and Manish Yadav – will be interrogated inside the jail and their statements will be recorded. Police sources said that depending on the outcome of the interrogation, investigators may later seek his custody for further questioning.
